Marcia is dedicated to delivering evidence based care to women, and has committed to enhancing maternal and neonatal outcomes through the application of the Midwife free model of care. She strongly believes in shared  decision-making where both the woman and provider work together to make informed evidence-based decisions, thus allowing for active participation in the management of their care. Marcia is a married mother of three, loves everything Disney, reading, listening to audiobooks and crafting.
